Simplified Express, Inc. began operations in the spring of 1996 providing twenty-four hour seven days a week service to the Microchip industry. Simplified Express, Inc. delivered chemicals on demand to all the companies in the Microchip industry including Intel, Motorola, and Sumatomo. We still provide twenty-four hours seven day a week service upon request. Simplified Express, Inc. now serves multiple industries providing LTL, TL and distribution service Intrastate Arizona and Southern California. Our expansion plans includes opening in Las Vegas, NV in the fall.

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. Our senior management team each has twenty-five plus years in the LTL trucking business. Frank Myers President spent twenty years in the Yellow Corporation with his last assignment as President of West EX prior to it merging with SAIA Motor Freight. Wally Kettler Director of Sales has been in the Western Regional LTL trucking industry for the last twenty plus years. Wally served in officer sales positions with GI Trucking and West EX.

Simplified Express Inc. specializes in automotive, electronics, and retail. The company was named LTL Regional Carrier of the year in 2003 for Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Inc.

Although Simplified Express has only been handling The Gillette Company for a short time we were able to participate in their M3 Power men’s shaving system launch. Our service was acknowledged in a letter from Gillette for helping them meet their strict delivery window requirements.

Our service for 2003 was 99.5% on time. We are small enough that our customers can still receive a service commitment that is molded to fit their needs. We are big enough to handle the commitment. Whether it is delivery windows for forty-four JC Penney Stores or nighttime deliveries for Michaels Stores we believe if it’s not in our customers stores shoppers will buy it somewhere else.

Simplified Express, Inc has twenty-two combination tractors and fifty-three trailers with new purchases scheduled for the third quarter.
